How it works
Enrollment is automatic when you create an account in Gingr, your customer portal.
The more you spend, the more you earn!
Collect 250 points and earn a $5 credit. Credits may be used for any service we offer.
Redemption is easy too! At check-out, ask the Host to apply earned credits for on-the-spot reward savings.
Points are earned by account owner on the subtotalĀ value of all fully-paid invoicesĀ for line items including reservationsĀ and additional services, retail and point of sale items, open lineĀ items and packages.Ā Points are valid for one year from date earned,Ā may be utilized at any location within the brand, for any pet on theĀ account, and are only redeemable at checkout. Points have no cashĀ value. Loyalty credits may only be redeemed in $5 increments andĀ may not be used for retail purchases.
